Authentic living is like mindfulness. Both notice thought, and noticing thought is a powerful thing.
Noticing thought puts you back in the driver's seat where you can choose more empowering thought and have a better life experience.
Authentic living goes a bit beyond mindfulness. It looks at our bigger picture. There's positive thought, and negative thought, but both are thought. Like an apple and an orange are different, but are still both fruit.
Thought is thought, and just outside of that lies our connection to the field of infinite possibility, higher Intelligence, Guidance, and that which we really are, Awareness.
Living Authentically produces transformation through self-empowerment:
Become who you are outside of the mind-made identity.
Step out of pain and suffering.
Change old programming that keeps you stuck.
Respond, rather than react to life.
Experience enhanced relationships.
Live your life on purpose.
You really can find your power, and live Authentically.
You were meant for amazing things.
EMPOWERMENT: Today I will remember, there is another way to have this human adventure.
Less mental talking and more silent noticing!
